The sale package follows Macy's confirmation of its planning to shut down 150 outlets in the coming years as part of a rejuvenation initiative.

In 2024, the company experienced a decline of 3.5 percent in net sales, totaling $22.3 billion when contrasted with the previous year’s figures.
