Simon Property Group Launches First Premium Outlets in Jakarta

Simon has inaugurated Jakarta Premium Outlets®, their inaugural Premium Outlet® center in Indonesia.

Situated in Tangerang, merely outside of it Jakarta The 302,000-square-foot retail space is almost entirely occupied and offers more than 150 international and local brands.

High-end and luxury brands such as Bally, BOSS, Coach, Furla, Lacoste, Longchamp, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Kenzo, Versace, Swarovski, Tumi, and The North Face can be found here. Additionally, this location houses Indonesia’s premier Adidas outlet store—the biggest in Southeast Asia—alongside other major labels like Nike, Converse, Hoka, Puma, New Balance, Reebok, Skechers, and Under Armour. Visitors will also enjoy an array of global cuisine choices at this destination.

Although currently accessible, a formal grand opening ceremony has been scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.

Nestled strategically within the Alam Sutera Township in Tangerang, this facility lies at the confluence of two significant expressways. The Jakarta-Merak Toll Road ensures a swift 30-minute journey to Central Jakarta, which houses approximately 12 million inhabitants. Meanwhile, the Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road links up with Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, serving around 55 million travelers each year.

The Jakarta Premium Outlets is developed and run by Simon Genting Pte. Ltd., which is a partnership between Genting Plantations Berhad and Simon. Operations at this outlet are overseen by PT Nusantara Management Indonesia and PT Pembangunan Property Nusantara. This collaboration also manages the Johor Premium Outlets and the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets located in Malaysia.
